Privacy request

Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or for your account to be deleted. You do not need to be signed in — if you still can sign in, the privacy centre does most of this straight away.

What are you asking for?

We will reply within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it. Nothing is deleted by sending this — we will confirm who you are first.

What happens to an order history

Closing an account removes your name, contact details, addresses and saved payment references. The orders themselves are kept with your name taken off them, because the shops must still be paid for what they sold and the sales must still be filed. Nothing that stays behind identifies you.
